Here’s Geert Wilders’ short movie Fitna which has been hyped by the media for a few months.
Geert Wilders is a Dutch member of Parliament who advocates the banning of the Koran in the Netherlands.
Geert Wilders favors the restriction of immigration, particularly from non-Western countries. As self-proclaimed defender of free speech and critic of Islam, he has sought to ban the Koran in the Netherlands because he believes it to be in conflict with Dutch law.
For this stance he’s recieved world-wide condemnation from zealous Muslims as well as liberal Western politicians. His movies website was taken offline by his provider as well.
Personally I believe he’s unfairly targetting the Muslim faith. All religion is destructive and based on bigotry; the Bible contains just as much shit as the Koran. The film’s not very good either.. basicly a few Youtube videos and newspaper images edited together.
Anyway.. make up your own minds… here’s Geerts movie (in English of course):
Let’s see how all the Muslims around the world react to this, shall we? Remember, boys and girls: religion damages more than just your brain. It damages society.

Very good movie and unfortunately shows the truth
We should start to give freedom and respect to them who honor it and don’t misuse it. Muslims are definitive not a part of it.

* If you see the movie FITNA by an open mind/eyes, you clearly see, the mind/thinking working behind this is only hate of an individual against Islam.
* The film maker picked the verses of Quran out of context and tried to develop hate to Islam among innocent people of other faiths by joining the video effects/clips.
Producer tried to play with innocent hearts by joining video clips like, Twin Tower attack clips, with verses.
I AM ASKING YOU PEOPLE, SHOULD ANY MUSLIM MAKE A MOVIE LIKE THIS “FITNA” AND JOINS THE TEACHING OF “BIBLE” WITH THE PICTURES/VIDEOS OF US ATTACK ON IRAQ/AFGHANISTAN……AND TRY TO PROVE THE SAME AS IN “FITNA”? SURE…..NO. THERE IS NO ANY MUSLIM IN THIS WORLD WHO CAN THINK TO COMMENT THE PROPHET JESUS AND HIS TEACHINGS. IF ANY DOES THIS, HE IS NOT A MUSLIM AT ALL, MAY BE HIS NAME IS LIKE OF MUSLIMS.
* In this movie, speeches of Politician doesn’t mean that it is the sayings of Islam. and individuals’ act don’t mean the sayings of Islam.

We believe in “FREEDOM OF SPEECH” but with responsibility. By this kind of so called FREEDOM, actually you are hearting the millions of people. In humanity, freedom should be constructive, not for promote the hate in society/world.
More Important: MUSLIMS ARE VERY SENSITIVE TO THE HOLY QURAN and ALL PROPHETS INCLUDING MUHAMMAD, JESUS, DAVID, MOSIS and all others.
I personally feel, the act of Dutch MP is based on hate to Muslims. Not only for Muslims but he is also against his society and country. His Movie will work as a fire in the society of Netherlands as well as in between thousands of Muslims and Christians in the world.

Thanks for responding to my post. I’ve been having a nice weekend and was quite amused this Sunday while reading your response. Let me respond with a short diatribe:
The only thing Mr. Wilders is guilty of, in my opinion, is focusing on one group of insane zealots which are part of your religious structure and making all Muslims out to be nutcases. I’m sure, just like with Christians, there’s a significant minority of idiots that spoil it for the small majority of sane, law abiding and rational people that do not see their book as the final word on things like faith and human science / evolution when it suits them. It is when your (as you put it) ’sensitivity to the holy Quran and its prophets’ comes before rational debate on things like womens rights, evolutionary biology and the right to believe in whatever you want that I step in and call your dogma a religion of hate.
Islam is not the religion of peace if you read the Quran literally (or listen to some of the imams out there preaching hatred against Jews, Christians and Kafirs). The same goes for the Bible or the Torah. They should be rewritten in the spirit of modern times. Then the misinterpretations by idiots will slowly die out. That goes for Jewish Zionism, Christian Conversionism and any other religious bigotry around these days. Even Buddhists fight over the exact interpretation of the words of Buddha. They, like radical Islam, are religions of hatred because of the interpretation allowed by their so called ‘holy books’ which are totally out of date.
As for insulting and ‘hurting millions of people’, tough! Freedom of speech means freedom to say whatever you want within the confines of the law. Threatening the makers or the distributors with either eternal damnation or death is stupid and plain wrong. Besides. blasphemy isn’t within the confines of European law because dogmatic religion has so often been proven to be wrong and the claims made are insubstantial while the consequences of the preaching of them aren’t. Bigoted interpreters have so often taken advantage of outrage by simple men concerning the insulting of universally accepted invisible friends (allah, god, the flying spaghetti monster). This has caused thousands of wars so far. Maybe it’s time the principle of scientific rationality and law above religion finally became universal? People like Osama wouldn’t stand a chance, and neither would people like Rev. Fallwell.
May the flying psychopath you believe in smile down upon your ilk. I’ll just go and read a book by Mr. Tolkien if it’s all the same to you.
