Having the Olympics in Beijing was a major coup for the Chinese government. Everyone was hoping to see a friendlier side of the Chinese communist state, fitting in with other nations and behaving amicably towards their fellows from abroad.
This week things turned decidedly sour. After massive protests in Tibet for independence the Chinese government decided to forgo any dialog or feelings of good will towards their supposed countrymen and mash up the Tibetans properly once and for all.
The Beijing 2008 website states that their ’spirit’ is…
“One World One Dream” expresses the common wishes of people all over the world, inspired by the Olympic ideals, to strive for a bright future of Mankind. In spite of the differences in colors, languages and races, we share the charm and joy of the Olympic Games, and together we seek for the ideal of Mankind for peace.
I wonder in what way the following fits in with this ’spirit of peace’..
At least 80 people have been killed in unrest following protests by Tibetans against Chinese rule, the Tibetan government in exile says.
Indian-based officials said the figure was confirmed by several sources, even though China put the death toll at 10.
So today and I think for the rest of time I’d like to declare the Chinese government and its spineless sycophants as the complete and utter idiots they really are.
If you feel as sorry for Tibetans under the size 3 jackboots of the Chinese as I do you can leave your comments and statements of support and sympathy below.
Free Tibet and fuck you and your Olympics.

I fart at suppressive censoring govts. Big, fat, wet, chunky farts.
I second that fart; toxic green, burrito induced farts that dribble down your leg and leave bad tastes in your mouth
C’mon, lads! Press the green thumbs up to give this post the karma it deserves.
It deserves to be mentioned in the top 3 because of the idiocy of the Chinese!
Go karma!
