It’ll take a while before the U.S. can get out of Iraq
If the U.S. leaves now, the Iraqis are basicly screwed.
Plenty of work left for you, unkle.

Yes, it’s that time of year again. Kids staying up to see Santa. Unfortunately he has a lot of stops to make and likes a drink every now and then to keep the cold out.
Looks like the new season is off to a good start.

I’ve been working on it for days, and now the time has arrived: the site’s gotten a new winter interface (or a winterface for short). Ged worked on the title image and hid our vidar in there a few times.
Hope you like it
Enjoy, and a happy holiday season from us!

I’ve started on the long and arduous road of trying to get myself a new offline hobby: Remote controlled stuff.
I’ve recently ordered a tiny starter set, nothing big, just a small two-heli set by Silverlit called the Picooz to play around with and first learn about helicopter steering and perspective before I get into the big stuff. While waiting for my order to arrive I was (and am still) doing some research on the subject. I was trawling around on youtube when I stumbled upon this incredible awesomeness:

You can see how the future of flight will be in robotics. No human could survive those G-forces for long and still hope to pilot a helicopter or plane. Amazing stuff really. Hope I can someday pilot my little RC helicopters like that!

This is Bike Kill 2004. A few NYC bike gangs come together to .. eh.. destroy bikes?

This is a somewhat older documentary from 2003 about human stupidity.
It’s very well set up, quite funny and disturbing at times. Enjoy.

Another from our series on famous contemporary comedians. This week we’re featuring the extremely talented Dane Cook.
Here’s a part of his Insomniac Tour.
